Thomas Linnemann is a leading expert in transformation, reorganisation and restructuring. His main activities encompassed the management and guidance of important and major transformation and restructuring projects. Mr. Linnemann was responsible for reorganisations and performance improvements of companies as well as business units in banks, insurance companies and IT organisations.

Prior to working at MOONROC, Mr. Linnemann held senior positions at international consultancy firms and banks.

Nature unfolds directly outside my front door with orchards, fields and gardens – perfect for exhilarating walks with the dog, where I can mentally switch off from the bustle of everyday life. Yet it never gets boring with my kids, family and good friends around – there’s always something going on and that keeps me on my toes. In order to regain my strength, I really enjoy cooking, preferably with others and perhaps also with a glass of wine. It tastes best on holiday, of course – ideally by the water, whether it be at the North Sea, Lake Garda, the Mediterranean or in the South Tyrolean mountains. Simply savouring it with all my senses.
