Mr. Patrick Natus is a leading expert in transformational issues. For several projects in Germany and Europe, his focus was placed on strategy and transformation. His area of expertise particularly includes large-scale corporate and personnel changes.

Prior to joining MOONROC, Mr. Natus held senior positions at renowned consultancies, among others. His area of responsibility mainly included transformation strategy as well as transformation and programme management. Mr. Natus holds a Business Administration degree at the universities of Trier and Loughborough (UK).

A good book or a glass of wine along with a view on Frankfurt’s skyline - those are the moments when I can set aside the stress from work and find inspiration for new challenges. Striking a balance between work and life is certainly not always easy as a business consultant, but a “must” if you are to achieve lasting success. 
Another “must” certainly be regular sport. "A healthy mind can only live in a healthy body" - This wisdom was already known to the Romans and has not lost its validity over the past 2000 years in my eyes. Putting on my running shoes on a Sunday morning and jogging for an hour at moderate speed is the perfect way for me to balance out my every day professional life. When I get bread rolls at the bakery on my way home and then enjoy breakfast together with my family - you can’t put a price on that!
