Protecting your privacy when processing personal data is an important aspect for us, which we take into account in our business processes. We process data collected during visits to our site in accordance with the data protection provisions of the Federal Republic of Germany.
Collection and processing of personal data.
When visiting our websites, our web servers store by default the IP address allocated to you by your internet service provider, the website from which you visit us, our web pages that you visit, as well as the date and duration of the visit. Personal data that we exclusively need for processing your application, will only be stored if you provide it on a voluntary basis as part of your application. Your personal information and data will be collected, stored and only used for the intended purpose with the greatest possible care and integrity. The stipulations of the Federal Data Protection Act will be observed. In doing so, we only collect the data that is necessary in the course of your application at MOONROC.
You agree to the processing and sending of your data exclusively for the application process. You affirm that the data you provided is true and correct. You are also aware that untruthful statements may result in the invalidation of a potential employment relationship.
Your data will be hosted at a service provider by means of contract data processing pursuant to § 11 of the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG). Both MOONROC Advisory Partners GmbH and the provider will implement technical and organisational measures to protect your collected data against accidental or intentional manipulation, loss, destruction or access from unauthorised persons. Our security measures are continually improved in line with technological developments.
Right to information
Upon request, we are happy to inform you in accordance with the applicable law about whether and which personal data we have stored about you.
Your online application
After entering and sending your data, it will directly reach our server via an encrypted connection. All data is encrypted on the basis of the SSL procedure.
The ordering of studies is encrypted. Your data will be used exclusively for shipping the studies. Shipment of the studies is non-binding and subject to availability. MOONROC explicitly reserves the right to not ship studies to competitors.
If you have declared your consent, this website will use Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google LLC. The responsible service provider in the EU is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland (“Google”).
Scope of processing
We use the ‘anonymizeIP’ function (so-called IP masking): Owing to an activation of IP anonymisation on this website, your IP address will be shortened by Google within member states of the European Union or in other states party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. It is only in exceptional cases that the full IP address will be transferred to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. The IP address transmitted from your browser as part of Google Analytics will not be merged with other Google data.
When visiting the website, the following data, among others, is collected:
- The pages you have called up, your “click path”
- Achievement of “website goals” (conversion, e.g., newsletter registrations, downloads, purchases)
- Your user behaviour (for example clicks, length of stay, bounce rates)
- Your approximate location (region)
- Your IP address (in shortened form)
- Technical information on your browser and the end devices you use (e.g., language setting, screen resolution)
- Your internet provider
- The referral URL (via which website/via which means of advertisement you reached this website)
Purpose of processing
Google will use this information on behalf of the operator of this website for the purpose of evaluating your (pseudonymous) use of the website, and compiling reports on website activities. The reports provided by Google Analytics serve to analyse the performance of our website.
The recipient of the data is
- Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland
as data processor. To that end, we have concluded a data processing agreement with Google. Google LLC with registered office in California, USA and, if applicable US American authorities, may access data stored at Google.
Transfer to third countries
A transfer of data to the USA cannot be excluded.
The data sent by us and linked to cookies will be automatically deleted after 14 months. Data whose retention period has been reached is deleted automatically once a month.
You can also prevent the collection of data generated by the cookie and related to your use of the website (including your IP address) to Google as well as the processing of this data by Google, by
a. not declaring your consent to setting of the cookie or
b. downloading and installing the browser add-on to deactivate Google Analytics HERE.
